Styled Couples Session, New York
I had asked Ellie and D to be my models for a workshop I was teaching at for Sam Buffalo and they made my vision exceed anything I had in mind. They both just radiate such a beauty it was so easy to capture.
Outdoor couples session in Denver, Colorado
Ashly + Forrest wanted something different for their engagement session and I was obviously here for it. As much I love getting creative for shoots, I only ever want to make it about my couple. So I incorporate things that make them, them.
Buckhorn vintage shoot in Mesa, Arizona
This shoot was so fun (aren’t they all though) One of my absolute favorite shops in Arizona is Buckhorn Vintage in Mesa.
After the wedding
Luis and Jasmine and their after wedding hotel party. This was fun to shoot because I feel like this is one of the best times of the entire wedding day when the party's over and you go back to your hotel with your new husband or wife and soak it all in.
Engagement session in Red Rocks, Colorado
When I delivered the preview Hailee told me Zac was tearing up. That he hadn’t had photos of him that he loved so much. Which of course made me a mess. Being able to provide someone with photos of themselves they love that much is the best feeling.
Phoenix, Arizona creative couples session
This session was one of my favorite styled shoots I’ve done. Typically when I do a styled shoot it’s because I was either asked by another creative or I have a vision in my head, this was a vision. When I lived in NYC I saw how they handled trash.
Boulder, CO moody couples session
Niki and Matt have such an ethereal feel to them, this location was perfect for it. Just soft, delicate, and lots of those intimate cuddles. I had just met them in the parking lot of a gas station minutes before this shoot.
In home couples session Los Angeles, California
Carly and Elliot … my little LA lovers. Both so smart and creative and to say I immediately fell in love with them is … true.
Wooded Mountain Top Wedding in Colorado
You might remember Liz and Matt from their epic dirt bike engagement session I shot. Well their wedding was just as amazing … and definitely included the dirt bikes.
Intimate Elopement in the Rocky Mountains
Ohhh my sweet Alyssa and Greg. I fall in love with all my couples but having them choose me was extra special. Alyssa and Greg came all the way from NY to elope in the Rocky Mountains.
Ice House Arizona Styled Wedding
When Manda asked me to teach at her workshop, Styled You, I was beyond honored. Manda is a stylist and a creative genius. Seriously, if you're planning a wedding let her take the reins on design. You won't regret it. So she created this amazing workshop for photographers who want great content and want to learn and grow. This specific shoot was a styled elopement that I was to teach the girls. It was so fun to be able to see Manda's vison come to life along with the dream florist, Good Seed Floral.
Intimate Iceland Elopement
Annie and Mike had actually been engaged for years. Annie got pregnant with their daughter Harper so they put the wedding planning on hold. They had a big wedding planned but decided to elope in Iceland instead with their closest friends and family. This Intimate Iceland Elopement was a dream!
Retro Garage Couples Session in Tucson Arizona
People will say it’s a styled session, but I just have cool friends. Their Tucson garage is a place I always told them would be perfect to capture because it’s where they spend most of their time. Damien works on motorcycles and Alyssa is his wing woman. I love their americana vibes. Xoxo. Gossip girl.
Badass Motorcycle Engagements in Arizona
So we were suppose to shoot in the desert in Tucson with some cacti … then I drove past this random field and knew this would be perfect, and it so was. His bike in that beautiful soft grass, ugh. I could hang these on my wall.
Industrial Fall Wedding In Denver
Ok so these two have the best style. They are both photographers for brands so it was a whole lot of pressure capturing their day, but holy heck was I honored they picked me. They are the sweetest most authentic people I have worked with with huge grateful hearts. This was also the first wedding I got to work with one of my favorite florists and she completely blew us all away!
Vintage Austin Texas Wedding at The Carrington
This photo says it allllll. Rae and Christian were a friggin blast to capture. Rae spent months and month thrifting picking unique elements for their day. Instead of a photobooth they literally had someone their drawing caricatures of you … amazing, I know. They are some of the funnest and most laid back babes I’ve gotten to work with. Also, I shot this 8.5 months pregnant (insert pat on the back).
Brooklyn New York Rooftop Wedding
And here are my little cat loving babes on their wedding day!! They picked one of my favorite venues in NY, a roof top garden over looking Manhattan.
Timeless Boulder Colorado Engagements
I know, timeless is such an old lady word but that’s the vibe I was getting and I’m all about it. This session gives me a little bit of Wes Anderson vibes with a touch of little house on the prairie. Also, ok Liz, yes I see you with those hair goals.
New York City Couples Session
Jonnie and Garret came all the way from Phoenix, AZ to spend their anniversary in the city. When they asked me to capture them it was obviously no question. It was so fun getting to hang with them again and honestly all we did was walk around, take the subway, hang out on some roof tops, and eat pizza and it was perfect.
Epic Iceland Adventure Elopement
Another one of my favorite elopements. I can’t put my finger on it but it felt quiet. Does that even make sense? It was a quiet elopement. The love was intimate, there was no one around, and the weather made the mood serene. I could have spent hours and hours with them just capturing Anna and Dane being simply them.
